Chemung County deputies report the arrest of 27-year-old Jeffrey Green of Erin. He was taken into custody on an outstanding bench warrant for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree. The warrants were issued by the Town of Erin Court on January 31. Green was issued an appearance ticket to return to court at a later date.
