A Dundee man is behind bars after he allegedly sexually assaulted a child.
According to the New York State Police, 48-year-old Ronald R. Chilson has been charged with predatory sexual assault against a child, which is a Class A felony.
Chilson was previously arrested in January on eight felony charges involving the sexual abuse of children under his care as a foster parent. He was also arrested for similar crimes in July of 2024.
The Yates County District Attorney’s Office said all of those charges stem from incidents that took place between 2022 and 2023.
Chilson was remanded to the Yates County Jail on the new charges.
