An Elmira man has been arrested in Chemung County as a fugitive from justice out of Pennsylvania.
According to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office, 30-year-old Kyle D. Lowry was wanted out of Bradford County for two counts of felony Criminal Use of a Communication Facility, felony intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and other related charges.
Chemung County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Lowry on Monday just as he was set to be released from the Chemung County Jail.
The original charges were filed in April for offenses that occurred in Athens Township in November of last year.
Lowry was arraigned in the Town of Southport Court and remanded back to the Chemung County Jail to await extradition to Pennsylvania.
