An Elmira woman has been arrested for attempted murder in connection with a shooting in Elmira.
According to police, Alexiya Sutton was arrested following an investigation into an incident on the 700 block of West Gray Street in Elmira just after 6 p.m. on Tuesday.
Sutton has been charged with second degree attempted murder, a Class B felony, and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a Class C felony.
