An Elmira man has been sentenced to a year in prison for his part in the death of Israel Luna in Elmira this year. Kharii Monroe entered a guilty plea to Assault in August. Luna was fatally injured in a fight with three others. Two men still face charges of Criminally Negligent Homicide.
