Elmira Police are looking for a man who allegedly fired several shots on the 300-block of East Center Street. Police responded to the scene after 1:30 Saturday morning, where people and vehicles were leaving the scene. At the scene, they found a victim with stab wounds to the head and shoulder, as well as shell casings. The victims wounds are non-life threatening. Police say the man they are looking for is a light-skinned black male, about six feet tall, who was wearing jeans and a white t-shirt.
