The Chemung County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant Tuesday at a residence on Lake Street in Elmira. The search followed an investigation into the sale of drugs from the residence. 47-year-old Gregory Lloyd was arrested and charged with felony Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance. Loyd has been remanded to the Chemung County Jail without bail, pending arraignment in Chemung County Court.
