Chemung County deputies report the arrest of 29-year-old Brian Ramich of Charleston, SC. He was charged with felony Criminal Possession of a Weapon after a 9 mm handgun was allegedly found where he was staying in West Elmira. RAMICH was arraigned and remanded to the Chemung County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash / $50,000 property bond.
