The Chemung County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of 35 year-old Ryan Twist of Horseheads as a Fugitive From Justice. Twist is currently an inmate at the Chemung County Jail on unrelated charges. Twist was arraigned and remanded back to the Chemung County Jail awaiting extradition back to New Jersey. He was wanted by the New Jersey Parole Board for Violation of Parole.
