Communities in the Southern Tier will be holding Halloween Festivities over the next week.
The Painted Post Halloween Parade is set for tonight at 6 p.m.
The Elmira Downtown Development Trunk or Treat in Wisner Park will be held from 6 to 7:30 on Friday.
Also on Friday, Elmira High School will hold a trunk or treat from 4:30 to 5:30, while the Elmira Pioneers are hosting their trick or treat at Dunn Field from 5 to 7.
Saturday will feature a trick-or-treat event at the Arnot Mall from 3 to 5 p.m., while the Southpot Halloween Festival will run from noon to 2 with a trunk-or-treat for kids 12 and under.
The City of Elmira, Elmira Heights, Horseheads and Southport will hold trick-or-treat from 5:30 to 8 on Halloween night, while Corning will also have trick or treat next Thursday with no set hours.
