Chemung County has announced that the Harris Hill Pool will be closing at the end of this weekend.
The pool’s last day will be Sunday, Aug. 18 and it will close at 7 p.m. People who have season passes for the pool can use them to enter Park Station until it closes for the year.
Park Station’s waterfront will be open from noon to 6 p.m. daily through Labor Day, which is Monday, Sept. 2nd. The only days it will be closed are Thursday, Aug. 29 and Friday, Aug. 30 due to lack of staff.
The snack bar and control booth will remain open through Labor Day. Times and dates are subject to change due to weather and staffing issues.
