A Steuben County man has been charged with over 80 counts of child exploitation following an investigation by the New York State Police.
According to police, 23-year-old Kyle Marshall of Prattsburgh has been charged with 43 counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child, which is a Class D felony, and 43 counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child, a Class E felony.
The investigation began after state police received a report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Marshall was processed and remanded to the Steuben County Jail.
