Elmira College will soon be offering new certificate programs related to the cannabis industry.
The school is offering six different programs: Cannabis Associate Certificate, Cannabis Cultivation Specialist, Cannabis Product Development Specialist, Cannabis Retail and Sales Specialist, Cannabis Compliance Specialist and Medical Cannabis Specialist.
Most of the courses take 16 weeks to complete and costs $2,200 to enroll. The cannabis associate certificate is an eight-week course that costs $850.
Green Flower, a company that works to help educate individuals on the cannabis industry, helped Elmira College develop the courses.
