An Elmira man is facing charges after he allegedly used a stun gun at a home in Southport.
According to the New York State Police, 43-year-old Christopher Decker was using the stun gun to intimidate people in the home.
Decker has been charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree and misdemeanor menacing in the third degree.
He was arraigned and released without bail. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Southport Court on Feb. 12.
