A Horseheads man has been charged with murder in connection with the death of a toddler.
According to the New York State Police, 27-year-old Christopher Woods has been charged with second degree murder following the death of a three-year-old boy.
Woods arrived at a local hospital on Monday with an unresponsive child, who later passed away after lifesaving attempts by medical staff.
