More information has been released on the fire that destroyed a business plaza in Horseheads last week.
According to WETM-TV, the Big Flats Fire Department said the fire started in the Dunkin’ on Chambers Road and spread to the Baskin Robbins and Your CBD Store.
While the exact cause of the fire was unable to be determined due to the extent of the damage, investigators believe it could have been an electrical issue.
The fire started just after 5 am on Thursday. All three businesses were completely destroyed and the building was demolished on Thursday afternoon.
No injuries have been reported from the incident.
