A Penn Yan man has been arrested for stealing from a Horseheads business.
According to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office, 33-year-old Kristoffer Johnson stole cash from the Service Master location on Old Ithaca Road in December of 2023.
Johnson has been charged with one count of burglary.
He will be arraigned at a later date.
