A popular ice cream shop in Big Flats is back up for sale.
The Dairy Barn, located at 107 Hibbard Road, has been listed for $350,000 by Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.
The building was constructed in 1900 and was turned into an ice cream parlor in 1989. A cafe, which serves coffee, breakfast and lunch, was later added to the business.
The property also includes the Barn Loft Venue, which hosts weddings, graduation parties and other private events.
The sale will include the land, building, furniture and equipment.
