A Bath man was arrested for sexual assault-related charges after New York State Police received a complaint involving a juvenile female.
The investigation revealed that 25-year-old Coby R. Causer allegedly provided alcohol to the girl before engaging in sexual contact, according to police.
Causer was charged with the felonies of aggravated sexual abuse and rape, and the misdemeanors of unlawful dealing with a child and endangering the welfare of a child.
Causer was taken to the Steuben County Jail for CAP arraignment.
