A Steuben County man has been charged with rape of a child.
According to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office, 29-year-old Dansville resident Tyler Cicero has been charged with tape and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say Cicero gave marijuana to multiple people under the age of 18 and then raped one of them.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office and Dansville Police Department assisted with the investigation.
Cicero has been remanded to jail without bail.
