The Wegmans Check Out Hunger campaign will support the United Way of the Southern Tier.
Customers at the Wegmans in Corning, Elmira and Hornell will be able to donate at checkout to support the cause. They can choose to round up to the next dollar or donate another amount.
The funding will go to support United Way programs that help local children, seniors and people facing a financial crisis or natural disaster.
The campaign will run until May 5.
