The State Police were called to the scene of a farm accident in the Town of Covington. 72-year-old Roy Bell of Perry was moving cattle on his farm, when he was struck by a 1-year-old bull. EMTs performed life saving measures, but Mr. Bell succumbed to his injuries. An autopsy is to be performed.
