Festivities for the annual Gus Macker Basketball Tournament will kick off in downtown Elmira on Friday.
Starting today, North Main Street will be closed between West Water Street and West Church Street. West Gray Street will also be closed between College Avenue and the Centretown Parking Garage.
The three-day event will include a slam dunk contest, food and other activities in Wisner Park.
