Guthrie has announced a $10,000 donation from the Sayre American Legion for Guthrie’s Veteran Assistance Fund.
The funds were raised during their 12th Annual Golf Tournament held in July at Tomasso’s Golf Course. The event showcased remarkable participation, bringing together numerous sponsors, teams, volunteers, and committee members.

“This contribution, presented on behalf of the Sayre American Legion Post 283 by representatives Connie Roberts, Tournament Manager and Elizabeth Wagner, Commander, Post 283, will significantly enhance Guthrie’s ability to assist veterans, ensuring that they receive the care and support they deserve.
