Hurricane Michael is due to make landfall in Florida sometime this afternoon. It is currently a Category 3 storm. The track of the storm over the next three days will bring it south of Pennsylvania. However, the storm is expected to bring 1-2 inches of rain to the Twin Tiers, probably on Thursday or Friday. WEBO will provide updates as necessary.
