The defense attorneys for the Chenango County man accused of killing his wife in December of 2012 have requested to be relieved of their duties in the case. 38-year-old Ganesh “Remy” Ramsaran is accused of killing his wife, 36-year-old Jennifer Ramsaran, at their New Berlin home. Court documents show that the request comes as a result of a problem with finances, and Ramsaran currently owes at least $72,000 in attorney and expert fees.
