A Bradford County man has pled guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the death of his wife. 30-year-old Scott Kunkle, of Monroe Township, is accused of causing his wife’s death by banging her head against a wall during an altercation in July of last year. According to police, Kunkle said his wife was biting his finger when he slammed her head against the wall twice with his forearms. The Bradford County Coroner’s Office ruled the death of 28-year-old Patricia Kunkle as a homicide after she passed away at Memorial Hospital in Towanda. As part of the guilty plea, Scott Kunkle’s charges of aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person have been dropped.
