Assemblywoman Donna Lupardo and Assemblyman Clifford Crouch are calling on Governor Andrew Cuomo to ensure that services currently provided to residents of the Broome Developmental Center, are provided to them even after the center closes its doors. Lupardo and Crouch are the sponsor and prime co-sponsor of the bill which seeks to ensure continued services for center residents. The bill was delivered to Cuomo’s office for review last Tuesday. The governor now has until Saturday to act on the legislation.
