An Endicott man was arrested yesterday after police discovered more than 600 bags of heroin and other drugs in his apartment. 51-year-old Dennis Scrubbs was taken into custody after the Broome County Special Investigations Unit executed a search warrant at his apartment on North Street. Once inside the residence, investigators recovered 622 bags of heroin, cocaine, and other drugs along with nearly $4,000 in cash. Scrubbs was in the residence when police arrived and taken into custody without incident. He was sent to the Endicott Police Department pending arraignment.
