A man has been arrested in connection to a shooting which occurred at the West Village Apartments in Ithaca back in June. During the shooting a man was shot in the leg. Police arrested James “Pip” Marshall yesterday morning without incident at a relative’s apartment in Brooklyn, NY. Marshall was then transported back to Tompkin’s County. He was arraigned and sent to the Tompkin’s County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail, or $200,000 bond.
