After over two years of fundraising, the Sayre Theatre has a new marquee hanging above its doors. The former marquee was over 90 years old, and its age had begun to show. Designers of the new sign tried to stay as true to the original design as possible. Though some finishing touches still need to be performed, the new sign can now be seen by commuters travelling in the area of the Sayre Theater on South Elmer Avenue.
