A Syracuse man faces charges for an Ithaca burglary. Police say 29-year-old Eric Russell, broke into an apartment on Stewart Avenue just after midnight and stole a television. He was caught nearby on Seneca Street and the television was also found in that area. Russell has been charged with a felony count of second degree burglary, along with misdemeanor counts of petit larceny and criminal mischief.
