Two women are behind bars Sunday on larceny and drug charges. 25-year-old Sierra Speed, and 26-year-old Alisha Paulk, both of Rochester, were arrested Friday at the Gang Mills Wal-Mart. State Police said Paulk was found trying to steal $200 worth of merchandise from the store.
