The Lourdes Ascension Medical Group and the Vestal Coal House are encouraging Southern Tier residents to ‘Walk with a Doc’. The Walk is free and open to the public. It is for all ages and abilities. Dr. Eldad Einay, a Lourdes cardiologist, and other healthcare professionals will provide support to participants and answer questions during the Walk. The first two dates will be October 20th at 8:30 am and November 10th at 9:30 am and will start at the Vestal Coal House, 204 Stage Road in Vestal, NY. The first 50 walkers for each event will receive a free “Walk with a Doc” t-shirt. Post-walk healthy snacks will be provided for all participants. Pre-registration is not required.
