The New York State Police at Oneonta found a vehicle belonging to a man missing from Massachusetts. 53-year-old Steven J. Kassirer was reported missing in Irondequoit, NY after he visited with family. He was also reported missing in Massachusetts by his employer. His vehicle was located abandoned in a parking lot in the Oneonta area on Tuesday, October 23rd. Kassirer has no ties to the Oneonta area and troopers do not know at this time why his vehicle would have been left there.
