A 3-year-old child reported missing on Sunday has been found dead. The child was located in Goodyear Lake in the Town of Milford Otsego county around 4:40 p.m. Sunday. Officials say the child was reported missing 90 minutes earlier. Authorities say an underwater recovery team discovered the boy off a residential dock on the lake and began resuscitation attempts. The three-year-old was transported to A.O. Fox Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
