A Binghamton man is facing charges after he allegedly made threats against President Donald Trump and federal agents.
According to the US Attorney’s Office, 32-year-old Jeffrey Scott Hamm has been charged with making the threats using interstate communications.
Hamm allegedly posted comments on Youtube threatening violence against the president, unnamed ICE agents and supporters of Donald Trump.
The charges filed against Hamm carry a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. He would also have to serve three years of post-release supervision.
