A Binghamton man is facing charges after he allegedly sexually assaulted a minor.
According to Owego Police Department, 33-year-old Hunter C.A. Coy has been charged with sex abuse, victim under 13 years old, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Coy was arraigned in Tioga County Court and released pending further court proceedings.
