A teenager has been arrested in connection with an attempted kidnapping in the City of Binghamton.
According to police, the attempted abduction occurred at around 1:23 a.m. on Saturday on Chestnut Street in Binghamton.
A 17-year-old male suspect was arrested on Sunday. The name of the suspect has not been released.
The teenager has been charged with attempted kidnapping in the second degree.
