A Binghamton University student’s run on American Idol has come to an end.
Jesse Findling made it all the way to the Top 12 of the popular music competition. He performed Wonderwall by Oasis this week, but found himself in the bottom two after live voting was closed.
Judge Lionel Richie had the choice of which contestant to advance to the next round, but he did not choose Findling.
Findling is studying biology and musical theater at Binghamton. He took this semester off to compete on the show.
