A former local restaurant has been demolished after sitting vacant for year.
The Food Fusion Restaurant, which was located on West Main Street across from En-Joi Golf Club in Endicott, closed for good during the COVID pandemic.
The Broome County Land Bank purchased the building in January as part of a series of demolition projects in the Binghamton area. The cost of all four demolitions is expected to be just over $94,000.
The land bank will accept Public Requests for Proposals so the community has a say in the redevelopment of those sites.
