Construction is underway on a renovation project at an apartment complex in Binghamton.
The $94 million dollar project began at the Town and Country complex on Binghamton’s north side.
The 256-unit property currently has over 100 vacancies due to unsafe conditions.
The funding is coming from New York State’s Homes and Community Renewal Agency.
The project is expected to take over three years to complete.
