New York Gov. Kathy Hochul has announced that Binghamton will receive $10 million to improve Clinton Street.
The city will use the funds to expand affordable housing and improve public infrastructure.
The money is coming from the Downtown Revitalization Initiative, which will be giving out $200 million dollars this round across New York State.
