The Broome County Special Investigations Unit executed a narcotics search warrant on Roosevelt Avenue in Binghamton Thursday. The search uncovered one hundred bags of heroin, prescription pills, and packaging materials. 43-year-old Robert Brady was arrested and charged with two felony counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to sell. He was also charged with several misdemeanors. He is awaiting arraignment.
