32-year-old Andrew Davis of Binghamton is under arrest. US Postal Inspectors made a “controlled delivery” of a package containing approximately 250 grams of Ecstasy. The delivery last Friday was to a residence on Euclid Avenue in Binghamton. Davis accepted the package. Afterwards, State Police executed a search warrant on the residence which led to the recovery of the package, digital scales, and other related items. Davis was charged with felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and arraigned in city Court, remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail. The US Postal Inspectors were assisted by the State Police, Homeland Security, Vestal PD and the Broome County Drug Task Force.
