Binghamton Police were called to 84 Pine Street on Friday for a man down. They found 51-year-old Lazar Jones who was then transported to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Upon investigation, police arrested 41-year-old Miguel Manchion and 21-year-old Courtney Baldwin; both are charged with second degree murder. Police said that the incident was not a random act and the parties knew each other. The investigation is continuing.
