The new Executive Director of the Binghamton Zoo at Ross Park will take the reins beginning March 29th. Phillip Ginter has been tapped for the post. Ginter is a lifelong resident of Broome County, with a broad background in the local non-profit community. Weather permitting the Binghamton Zoo will be open on the weekends only from 10:00 am – 3:00pm starting this Saturday. Grand Opening is set for April 20th and 21st.
