A father and son have been arrested following a stabbing incident in Binghamton. The victim sustained serious injuries during the street disturbance and fight. Under arrest-66 year old Joseph Brooks of Ridge Street in Binghamton. He was jailed after being charged with 1st degree attempted assault. His son, 31 year old Joseph, was charged with menacing.
