Jabari Ashe of Binghamton has been sentenced to 25 years to life in prison for the murder of Tyquan Gumbs last year. During the trial, a security video showed Ashe shoot Gumbs at point blank. The shooting occurred behind a home on Fayette Street in Binghamton.
