Members of the Broome county Special investigations Unit Task force arrested 30-year-old Rashi Johnson after getting off a bus at the Greater Binghamton Transportation Center in Binghamton. Johnson was arriving from the New York City area and found to be in possession of 217 bags of heroin and 7.3 grams of crack cocaine. Johnson was found to be on Parole. He’s now being held on multiple charges, pending arraignment.
